- LoadNSkinPreview (Noteskin, Button, Element, Whether)

Load a NoteSkin preview actor
Parameters:
- Noteskin string Noteskin name. If "Get" then it does the currently selected noteskin, and updates itself when it changes. Defaults to "Get"
- Button string Ex: "Up". Defaults to "Down"
- Element string Defaults to "Tap Note"
- Whether boolean or not to add the input callback which controls the visibility of this
